SUMMARY:
DBN56 - Business Manager - (JHB)

Purpose of the Job:
To drive business growth and operational efficiency by managing sales, production, logistics, and finances, while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Required Qualifications:

Matric + relevant tertiary education
10+ years experience in Logistics, Sales, KAM, or Production
Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 compliance
Industry experience in automotive, engineering, or commercial seating

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee sales, assembly, and distribution operations to achieve business targets.
Drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.
Ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer service.
Manage production planning, logistics, and inventory control.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality and safety standards.
Lead, mentor, and manage staff to drive high performance.
Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Maintain asset security and manage vehicle fleet compliance.
