Responsibilities:

Craft and execute business strategies to achieve ambitious goals
Oversee daily operations and measure performance against targets
Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditures with precision
Inspire and lead teams to excel and cultivate a positive workplace culture
Analyse market trends and uncover new growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to regulations and company policies
Evaluate employee performance and deliver constructive feedback
Develop and implement effective marketing plans to enhance product visibility
Make informed decisions on pricing, product offerings, and distribution channels
Coordinate across departments to optimise processes and efficiency
Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners
Address and resolve conflicts swiftly
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management

Requirements:

Masters Degree in Business Administration | MBA | or CA(SA)
5-7 years of senior-level experience with a proven track record
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior management
