Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a skilled and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust SQL databases, and creating insightful dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Excel, and Power Pivot. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a passion for data analysis, and the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way.

POSITION INFO:

Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in SQL for database design, development, and optimization
Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Excel, and Power Pivot
Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage
Proven ability to analyze and interpret large, complex data sets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven business decisions
Please note that my client is specifically seeking an Afrikaans-speaking individual, as this is the primary language used in their work environment

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
