Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development Activities:
• Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and market trends.
• Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
• Participate in meetings and help in building relationships with prospective clients.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Tender and Bids Administration

• Manage and coordinate the entire tender and bids process, ensuring timely submission of proposals.
• Review tender and bids requests, analyze requirements, and prepare comprehensive bid packages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
• Track and monitor tender submissions and outcomes, maintaining accurate records.

Marketing Support:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.
• Support the analysis of marketing data and performance metrics.
• Help organize and promote events, webinars, and other marketing activities.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
