A leading asset management firm with a strong track record is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to expand their presence in the Cape Town retail investor/IFA market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new relationships with IFAs, wealth managers, and family offices to drive investor inflows.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Actively prospect and secure new business through targeted outreach and networking events.
Represent the firm at industry events and functions, enhancing brand visibility.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven sales experience in the financial industry, with a track record of success in new business development.
Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Relevant financial qualifications (CFP, CFA, CAIA, or similar) are preferred.
