Business Development Executive Graduate

SUMMARY:
Seeking a Marketing Graduate who is willing to relocate to Ballito for 3 - 6 months for training and then move back to Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Position: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities: To undertake and execute different developmental projects such as market research, new supplier acquisition, new customer acquisition, customer surveys, promotions etc.

Key attributes: An empathetic listener, a confident and clear communicator with a good command of English language and proficient in Afrikaans or vice versa. Good problem solving abilities, being able to analyse and look at an issue or a project from both the macro and micro levels. Meticulous with data, information management organization and having a basic understanding of marketing and procurement functions. Willingness to learn new subjects, new concepts and apply critical thinking to the given task. Must be willing to travel extensively and present to different industry groups and individuals.

Qualifications: The candidate would be a B.com graduate with specialization in marketing or a similar discipline. A post graduate qualification such as an MBA or a PG diploma would be an advantage.

Experience: Between 1 to 5 years. Fresh graduate with good grades can be considered for a trainee position.

Reporting: The candidate would report to the CEO and work under the guidance of other management team members depending upon the requirements of a specific project. He would be based in Ballito but travel regularly to other places.
