POSITION INFO:
Our client in Witbank is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to help grow their market share by acquiring new, profitable business accounts in the insurance industry. The role involves working with external clients, insurers, and internal teams to drive sales and build lasting relationships.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Matric (Grade 12), Level 4 FETC Short-term Insurance Qualification, FAIS Regulatory Exam passed. Additional qualifications like BComm Risk/Accounting or BBA are a plus.
• Experience: At least 7 years in short-term insurance, with 5 years in commercial sales and service in a broking environment. Experience with medium to large commercial accounts is essential.
• Skills: Strong business acumen, negotiation, broking, sales, customer service, time management, and technical insurance knowledge.

• Grow market share by acquiring new business accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
