Our client, a leading provider of high-quality capital equipment solutions, is seeking a Business Development Engineer to join their growing team.

POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

The Business Development Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of capital equipment and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Identify and engage with potential clients across relevant industries.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring tailored solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or capital equipment sales.
Strong technical knowledge of capital equipment and its applications.
Proven ability to develop new business and achieve sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
