POSITION INFO:
Are you ready to drive business growth and develop innovative client solutions in the fast-evolving energy sector? A leading multinational engineering company is seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead customer service and after-sales initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and work with diverse clients in industries like mining, petrochemicals, and gas production.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, and/or project execution.
• Knowledge of technologies such as Air Separation, Pressure Swing Adsorption, H2 and Syngas Production, and Petrochemicals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Job Experience & Skills Required

• Proven ability to build and maintain high-level relationships with internal teams and external clients.
• Strong network within regional industries, particularly at decision-making levels.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing innovative solutions.
• Experienced in collaborating with international and cross-cultural teams.
• Familiarity with Sasol processes and operations is an advantage.
