SUMMARY:
Join our team! We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to support our growth.

POSITION INFO:
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Increase the sales, profits and market share of theÂ Â Company by penetrating the marketplace by means of cold calling, follow ups and effective client calls/meetings
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Canvass and secure new business to fill the major salesÂ Â Â objective pipeline for the region
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Increase the region's sales and profits through sales calls
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor and maintain healthy client relationships
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Correspond with clients on all levels
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure that the operational hand over is done correctly, so that contract workers and clientsâ needs are met
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure that all of the clientâs requirements are met with regards the contract details and that the administration (paperwork) is correctly completed and submitted
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop and maintain strong customer relations with prospect clients
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Complete daily and weekly activity reports
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Report on market trends and opposition activity
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure brand dominance and increase market share growth in your area
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare quotations
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure quotations are delivered to clients within 12 to 24 hours of receipt of request and negotiate accordingly
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure credit applications, movement slips, and order confirmations are completed, signed by client and handed in to the Sales Coordinator before the start of a contract
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure that the client is aware of Company procedures to ensure timeous payment of workers and our invoices
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Check invoices for correct charge rates and correct client details
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Liaise with Debtors Department in terms of outstanding monies / account queries and following up with client to ensure payment is received
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Attend sales meetings as and when required
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Daily call sheets to be completed and emailed to management on a weekly basis
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Achieve monthly and year to date new business targets as set by the Company
Â·Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Monthly reports to be completed and sent to the General Manager: Sales and Branch Manager

Must have experience in selling Temporary Employment Services solutions, Permanent Recruitment, Human Resources Solutions, Payroll solutions and any other solutions within our industry.Â

We are looking for a seasoned consultant that has at least 5 years experience within our industry.
