Our client is seeking a Specialist in Debt Collection & Asset Recovery to take charge of high-level debt recovery operations, including attaching assets and managing debtors under criminal investigations, appeals, and compromises.

Our client is seeking a Specialist in Debt Collection & Asset Recovery to take charge of high-level debt recovery operations, including attaching assets and managing debtors under criminal investigations, appeals, and compromises. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial enforcement and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement tactical strategies to enhance debt recovery processes
• Lead and optimise budgeted resources to meet performance targets
• Ensure adherence to governance, risk, and compliance policies
• Drive service excellence by building strong stakeholder relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop teams to ensure a high-performance work culture
• Manage financial controls, budgets, and expenditure within the business unit

Ideal Candidate:

• Relevant Honours Degree / Postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) with 10 – 12 years’ experience, including 3 – 4 years at middle management level
  OR
• Relevant Bachelor''s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) with 12 – 15 years’ related experience, including 3 – 4 years at middle management level
• Expertise in debt recovery, financial management, and risk assessment
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• A results-driven approach to strategic planning and operational execution
