POSITION INFO:
Our client in Banking is looking for a strategic Business Analysis Specialist, with solid experience in analyzing complex business processes and delivering practical solutions within the Financial Services space.

• Ability to manage complex tasks to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies
• Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Lean principles, Data Analysis, and Visualization tools such as Visio
• Strong capability in conducting Gap Analysis, Data Modeling, and Developing Business Scenarios
• Minimum 10 years experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services
• Proven track record of consulting with top Banks
• Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
• Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous
