POSITION INFO:
Our client in Banking is looking for a strategic Business Analysis Specialist, with solid experience in analyzing complex business processes and delivering practical solutions within the Financial Services space.

Responsibilities include:

Problem Identification and Solution Design
Data Analysis and Reporting
Requirement Elicitation and Documentation
Gap Analysis and Scenario Development
Current and Future State Analysis
Solution Evaluation
Continuous Improvement
Risk Management and Compliance
Testing and Quality Assurance
Stakeholder Engagement
Agile Delivery and Sprint Management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to manage complex tasks to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiencies
Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Lean principles, Data Analysis, and Visualization tools such as Visio
Strong capability in conducting Gap Analysis, Data Modeling, and Developing Business Scenarios
Minimum 10 years experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services
Proven track record of consulting with top Banks
Communication and Stakeholder Management skills
Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are advantageous
