POSITION INFO:

Step into a role where strategy meets execution. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and refining business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering solutions that drive measurable results. Working closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and product owners, you’ll contribute to the development of an integrated, cloud-based investment and policy administration platform. Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis experience—you’ve been in the trenches, you know the game
Proven experience in service model frameworks—designing and implementing systems that work
Expertise in business process optimization & automation—cutting the fat, streamlining operations, and getting results
Policy administration systems experience? That’s your golden ticket
Solid understanding of client engagement services, call centers, and regulatory reporting
Master of business process modeling, data analysis & reporting—because numbers don’t lie
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies—you work fast and smart

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
CBAP or equivalent certification? That’s the cherry on top
