SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Business Analyst to join their team in Century City. If you have a passion for delivering innovative solutions within the IT and supply chain sectors, this is the opportunity for you.

POSITION INFO:
Primary Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in implementing and/or developing IT applications for medium and large organizations.
Proven experience in a business analyst role within the supply chain industry, including logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, ERP, or warehousing applications.
Experience in International Supply Chain (Import and Export) operations.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
A tertiary qualification, National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Business Analysis or related fields.

Personal Requirements:

Ability to analyze client requirements and develop effective and innovative solutions.
Proficiency in running JAD sessions or requirements workshops with clients.
Strong documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Comfortable working on projects at all levels and delivering results with quality and pride.
Team player with a strong willingness to work within a structured environment.
Ability to work independently on projects while adhering to deadlines and project plans.

Secondary (Advantageous) Requirements:

Experience with MS SQL and Transact SQL.
Familiarity with Application Integration projects, including integration technologies such as web services, APIs, etc.
Experience working with Customs (SARS or others) is an added advantage.
