SUMMARY:
MTS’s client in the Mining sector is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team in the West of Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have over 6 years’ experience as a Business Analyst and will be responsible for providing documentation and implementation support for the Oracle Ecosystems, Human Resource System and also the creation of Business Cases. Candidates also need to be familiar with Waterfall and Hybrid frameworks. The role requires qualifications such as a post graduate degree in Business or Information Systems. Additionally, possession of BABOK/CBAP Certification is preferred.

POSITION INFO:
Experience in Documentation and Implementation support for:

Oracle Ecosystems
Human Resource Systems

Competencies at Expert Level in:

Technical Understanding
Human Resource Understanding
Waterfall and Hybrid frameworks
Business Case Creation
C-level / senior stakeholder experience

Minimum Experience and Education

BABOK Certified (CBAP or equivalent)
10 years working Experience, 6 Years as a BA
