POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
Join a fast-growing, innovative business as a Business Analyst in their finance team. You'll be reporting directly to the Financial Director, gaining exposure to executive-level decision-making. This role focuses on supporting special projects, including payroll analysis, B-BBEE tracking, and commercial modelling. It’s perfect for a forward-thinking CA(SA) who enjoys analytical work, making strategic contributions across the business.
Other duties include:

Special projects and initiatives driven by the Financial Director
B-BBEE tracking and business action management
Root cause analysis and process enhancement in payroll
Commercial modelling and operational KPI development
Internal audit review and process improvement
Maximizing incentives (ETI, DTI) and supporting facilities management

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)
Strong academic record with first-time board passes

Job Experience & Skills required:

Exceptional Excel proficiency
Experience in the BPO industry (advantageous)
