POSITION INFO:
Role: Business & System Analyst - 1 Year Fixed Term
Location; Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: To be discussed

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and plan business requirements to drive system configuration and development.
• Provide data-driven insights and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure optimal solutions.
• Perform testing, resolve bugs, and ensure system health to prevent business delays.
• Train super-users and end-users to ensure efficient system usage.
• Manage Salesforce configurations, including fields, page layouts, dashboards, and more.
• Provide ongoing support and ensure the system aligns with business needs.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English & Afrikaans).
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Salesforce Administration and/or business analysis is highly advantageous.
• High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Tertiary qualification (Degree or Postgraduate) in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Salesforce Administration certification.
• Proven experience in business analysis or project management (preferred but not essential).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous.
