The Bay Hotel with the majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minutes’ walk away, in the heart of glitzy Camps Bay has a position for a Head Baker to join their team of extraordinary people.

The role of a Head Baker, particularly in a high-end or luxury hospitality setting, demands a unique set of personality traits to ensure excellence in baking and effective leadership, such as attention to detail, leadership and most importantly, passion for what they do!

What Is Required:

Our client is seeking an innovative and strategic Brand and Campaign Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s identity and ensuring its message resonates across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, marketing, and project management, who can elevate our brand through compelling campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that align with the brand’s vision and business goals.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, from digital platforms to print materials, maintaining the highest standards of visual and verbal communication.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to craft engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand target audience trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns using metrics and data insights, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless campaign integration and alignment with broader company initiatives.
• Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of brand-related events and activations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in brand management and campaign coordination.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
