What will you do?
As Brand & Marketing Manager, you will:

• Lead and champion both visitor-facing and industry-facing brand initiatives.
• Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to shape ambitious marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute cohesive plans and go-to-market strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive creative development to inspire action and engagement from target audiences.
• Set and monitor performance metrics, including ROI and KPIs for marketing campaigns.
• Stay ahead of market trends, conduct research on visitor markets, and monitor competitor activity.
• Innovate and implement strategies for brand growth and stakeholder alignment.
• Regularly measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns.

What do you need?

• 6–8 years of experience in Brand or Marketing Management.
• A proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
• Strong analytical and creative skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in identifying target audiences and creating impactful campaigns.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices.
