SUMMARY:
Are you a strong leader with a passion for customer service and efficient operations? We are looking for a dedicated Branch Supervisor to join our team and oversee the smooth running of our client''s store.

POSITION INFO:

Role: Branch Supervisor
Location: Hermanus, Overberg, Western Cape
Salary: TBC

Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient day-to-day store operations.
Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized.
Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring high levels of performance and teamwork.
Maintain excellent customer service standards, ensuring customers have a positive experience.
Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy in inventory.

Requirements:

Computer literate with proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems.
Experience with conducting stock takes and managing inventory.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
