SUMMARY:
KZN - Branch Manager - Manufacturing & Sales

POSITION INFO:
A leading manufacturer of specialized construction materials is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team of 45 staff. The ideal candidate will have:

10+ years of general management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field.
Strong leadership, operational, and strategic planning skills.

This role offers the opportunity to drive performance, optimize operations, and contribute to our continued success through the utilization of the following knowledge & skills :

General/Commercial Management skills
Sales and Marketing skills are crucial
Financial & Production Controls (Inventory, Cash, Debtors, Creditors), Logistics, Sales and Marketing, SHEQ and HR;
Strong commercial, operational and business acumen
Proficient in customer relations
Proficient in MS Office Excell & Syspro and/or equivalent ERP system
People skills, including managing a diverse workforce is an essential attribute
