Key Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant bachelors degree/diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior management
• Experience in the heavy equipment or machinery industry
• (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Computer literacy.

• Branch Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency in sales, service, and parts departments while striving to meet company targets.
• Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies, identify business opportunities, and drive market growth for SANY products.
• Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service, maintaining SLAs, and upholding equipment standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and upskill sales and service teams through performance reviews and training initiatives.
• Financial Management: Monitor branch financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability, while ensuring accurate reporting.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards within the branch.
