Job Purpose:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and overall performance of the Port Elizabeth branch. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive business growth, manage a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.

SALARY / CTC: R35,000 - R37,000 per month (depending on current earnings, qualifications and experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Branch Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
• Sales & Business Development: Drive sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and implement strategies for revenue growth.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Customer Relations: Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and monitor profitability.
• Stock & Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels and efficient inventory control.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Reporting & Compliance: Provide regular performance reports to management and ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification (essential).
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, or a related field (advantageous).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales and operations management role, preferably in renewable energy, telecoms, or financial services.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams.
• Experience in sales strategy development and execution.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license & own reliable transport (essential).
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
