Role Overview:
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient courier services, managing a team of employees, and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a passion for logistics and a proven track record in operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all branch operations, including courier pickups, deliveries, and customer service.
• Manage and lead a team of drivers, dispatchers, and support staff to meet performance goals.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and develop training plans for staff.
• Address and resolve operational or customer issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, courier services, or branch management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Solid understanding of courier operations, logistics, and delivery processes.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
