Job Title: Branch Manager – Fire & Gas Suppression

Location: Durban

Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for fire and gas suppression solutions? We're seeking a talented Branch Manager to join a growing team and spearhead operations.

As Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving business forward by spearheading business development, overseeing daily operations, managing a high-performing sales team, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyse competitor activities.
• Branch Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the branch, including managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and implementing cost-effective solutions.
• Sales Leadership: Motivate and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our market share.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a talented team. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to enhance employee performance.
• Manage and maintain company assets within the region. Responsibilities include overseeing vehicle maintenance records and tracking the usage of company equipment.

Qualifications:

• Matriculation certificate
• Relevant tertiary qualification (preferred)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a branch management / sales management role
• Proven track record in the fire and gas suppression industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
