Our client is seeking for a highly skilled and organized Branch Administrator to join their high-powered team in the Chemical industry

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
• Knowledge of Pastel Finance and Sage is Essential
• Strong understanding of financial processes, debtor management, and general ledger functions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle a variety of tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Relevant Diploma/Degree in Accounting, finance, or business administration
• Previous experience with stock management and invoicing will be a plus

• Vetting and Managing overdue accounts
• Process customers' statements using Sage
• Opening new accounts on Sage
• Handling the escalation process for outstanding payments
• Handling credit approval and limits
• Legal handover of Accounts
• Manage refunds and ensure accurate forms are completed
• Debt collection and maintaining Debtors Age Analysis
