SUMMARY:
An industry leading Health and Hygiene company are looking for an ambitious Branch Administrator to join their team.

On-site | Permanent | R20K - R25K basic pm | Potchefstroom

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Control & Maintain all aspects of admin within the branch
• Loading of contracts on IT system to ensure correct & accurate billing to customers.
• Doing dispensing recon monthly to balance rental assets monthly Preparing & control of month end stock take.
• Creditors – Non stock
• Petty cash
• Human resources Reporting i.e. rebates, national figures, monthly sales figures & lost business report
• Complying with ISO 9001 processes and procedures
• Payroll management
• Investigation analysis of financial results
• Reporting of sales figures
• Admin control
• National account preparation

• Grade 12
• Bookkeeping certificate/ equivalent
• Qualification in administration advantageous
