SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Reporting & Documentation: Ensure daily reports, banking, and cash-up documentation are accurately filed and updated in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records for financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
• Invoice Processing & Tracking: Handle the processing and tracking of invoices, including accounts payable and receivable. Monitor and ensure that all invoices are paid on time, minimizing discrepancies and delays.
• Financial Record Management: Maintain financial records by managing expenses, tracking receipts, and ensuring that the financial information aligns with budgets. Assist in preparing financial documents and reports for management review.
• Vendor Coordination: Work closely with vendors to ensure that invoices and payments are processed on schedule. Resolve any vendor-related issues, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Payroll Assistance: Assist in the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate processing of staff wages and related documentation. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive payroll information.

• Grade 12/Matric Certificate
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of office systems and procedures.
• Proven experience in customer service and debt collection – ability to maintain professional relationships and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing financial records.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
