BOUTIQUE WELLNESS MANAGER (5-Star Luxury Hospitality)

FRANSCHOEK - Cape Winelands (Western-Cape) - South Africa

STARTING DATE: 01 October 2024

REPORTS to: Managing Director

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Tuesday to Sunday 08:30 - 18:00 including meal breaks
• CLOSED on Mondays & Select Public Holidays
• Must be flexible and adaptable - hospitality

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Matric (Grade 12) / Senior National Certificate
2. Degree in Business Administration / Business Management - OR,
3. Diploma in Hospitality - OR,
4. Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology related diploma - BONUS
5. ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification - BONUS
6. Degree in Somatology - BONUS
7. Medical Degree / Certification - BONUS
8. Dermal Aesthetic Diploma - BONUS

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

1. Experience in a senior management capacity of 5-star hotel & spa
2. Experience in a luxury medical spa or medical facility
3. Cruise Ship Managerial experience - advantageous
4. Previous experience working with VIP, Celebrity or Royals
5. Clinic / Health Resort or Aesthetic Spa Manager experience - advantageous
6. Proven track of profitable business operations
7. Expertly dressed & professionally groomed
8. Business orientated 
9. Strong team leader
10. Hospitality experience is required
11. Flexible with hours - able to put in the time when operationally required
12. Lead a team of hospitality & aesthetic professionals with confidence and care
13. Ability to forecast
14. Fluent in English
15. International employment experience highly advantageous
