POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, tertiary qualification advantageous
• 5 - 10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of managing multiple stores or large teams
• Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is highly desirable, of trends, customer preferences, and seasonal demands
• Willingness to travel frequently, as the role often involves visiting multiple store locations
• Flexibility to work during peak retail periods, such as holidays or sales seasons
• Demonstrated experience in staff management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior management, store teams, and external partners
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs
• Familiarity with retail management software, POS systems, and data analysis tools.
• Prior experience with ERPLY software system a significant bonus

• Reporting to the Managing Director
• Drive sales growth, meet revenue targets, and improve store performance
• Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to boost profitability
• Motivate teams, including Store Managers and Sales Associates
• Hiring, training, and developing talent within the stores
• Manage budgets, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability across a group of stores
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
• Understanding of the retail fashion industry, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behaviour
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the customer experience across multiple locations
