SUMMARY:
Our client based in Pretoria East is looking for a candidates to join their team. Great opportunity to learn and grow in a fast growing company.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

Issue inter-company customer invoices.
Posting financial data to the accounting software package from source documents such as customer invoices, receipts from bank statements, supplier invoices, payments from bank statements and reconciling the company’s bank statements.
Weekly credit card verification, replenishment and capturing of credit card transactions on the accounting system.
Weekly store petty cash verification, replenishment and capturing of petty cashes on the accounting system.
Verifying weekly expense allocation on petty cash and credit card transactions.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements.
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.

Requirements:

Matric (with accounting subjects)
At least three years experience in bookkeeping
Computer literate
Sage Cloud Accounting
Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) due to client base

Skills required:

Meeting deadlines.
Accuracy of work performed.
Full and total completion of tasks/duties
