Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking for experienced Bookkeeper/ Branch Administrator to join their dynamic team in Kuruman

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric qualification
• Accounting qualifications (Advantageous)
• 5+ years' experience in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Office and Accounting Software
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
• Responsibilities:
  • Experience in Debtors and Creditors management
  • Generate and provide sales reports for management, ensuring accurate financial reporting
  • Reconcile bank statements, handle discrepancies, and pass journals
  • Assist with audits, stock-takes, and the preparation of VAT returns and asset registers
  • Manage debtor accounts, process journals, and address creditor queries and payments
  • Oversee petty cash, leave registers, and produce reports for head office
  • Stand in for the Manager when needed and ensure smooth branch operations
