Job description:

Meticulously record all daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Ensures a complete and accurate record of the business's financial activities
Categorize and code each transaction correctly
Ensuring that it is allocated to the appropriate account in the general ledger
Manage accounts payable by processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payment to suppliers
Manage accounts receivable by issuing invoices to customers, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances
Reconcile bank statements monthly to ensure that the bank balance matches the company's records
Prepare basic financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
