SUMMARY:

Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bookkeeper to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance department. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with financial regulations

POSITION INFO:
Job Requirements:

Hold a relevant qualification in Bookkeeping or Accounting.
Possess a valid driver’s license and own transport.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Process customer return credit notes accurately.
Reconcile sub-ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Maintain accurate records of consumable stock items.
Provide relief support for cash office and Creditors Administrator functions.
Assist in compiling month-end audit files.
Address intercompany stock queries promptly.
Verify creditors reconciliations as needed.
Generate various reports as required.
