Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:
Our client, an accounting / auditing firm based in Port Elizabeth, is currently looking to employ a Bookkeeper.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BCom Accounting qualification advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years’ Bookkeeping experiencing; preferably within a financial firm.
• Experience with Pastel and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is essential!
• Sage online processing - advantageous.

• Bookkeeping processing up to trial balance – include balance sheet verification (bank reconciliation, suppliers, debtors).
• VAT completion and submission.
• Preparing of fixed asset register.
