Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Manage and reconcile debtor accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate records
• Oversee creditor accounts, processing invoices and ensuring all payments are made on time
• Handle export transactions, including documentation and compliance with international trade requirements
• Coordinate import processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth customs clearance
• Manage foreign exchange (forex) transactions, including conversions and currency risk assessments
• Generate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients
• Utilize Pastel Partner for accounting tasks, ensuring efficient and precise financial record-keeping

• Certificate in Bookkeeping
• Advanced in Pastel
