POSITION INFO:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bookings Clerk to join their team and ensure seamless service scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate bookings for vehicle services, repairs, and maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm and follow up on appointments.
• Ensure accurate data entry of customer and vehicle information into the system.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Collaborate with workshop staff to optimize scheduling and minimize downtime.
• Maintain records and prepare reports related to bookings and service trends.

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is required
• Must have a drivers licence
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in computer systems and booking software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
