Job Description:
Are you skilled in meat cutting and looking for a great opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Blockman to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
• Cutting, trimming, and preparing meat to customer specifications
• Ensuring proper meat storage and display
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Assisting customers with meat selection and recommendations
• Managing stock levels and minimizing waste

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Blockman or in a butchery environment
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to hygiene and food safety standards
