Well-established provider of services and equipment to data centres and telco companies, is looking to employ a Battery Sales Specialist. Based in Johannesburg
For the position you would be required to have:
- Minimum of Matric/ Grade 12
- Technical tertiary or Sales qualification
- Good understanding/knowledge of batteries, especially LEAD ACID
- Minimum of 4 years’ technical sales experience
- Business to Business (B2B) sales experience as well as strategy and marketing
Responsibilities would include you to:
- Building relationships with clients and encouraging long-term buyers.
- Sales of Lead Acid batteries
- Determine and implement sales and marketing strategy
- Finding new customers and creating sales relationships
- Connecting with customers after a sales pitch to answer questions and provide advice.
- Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
- Provide technical input and advice
Salary negotiable around R50k – R55k per month
