POSITION INFO:
At least 2 - 4 years' experience is required in the following:

Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
Working under immense pressure
Adherence to very strict turnaround times
Liaison with banks and debtors
Liaison with the Sheriff offices and other role players

Other Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Administratively strong
Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
Previous experience in working on Excalibur, OCS and DM11 will be an advantage
