SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly experienced Banking Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in High Court litigation with a specific focus on foreclosures and defended litigation. This role is critical to our department and requires an individual who can manage a portfolio independently and provide strategic legal counsel. This position is based in Preatia East.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage litigation cases related to banking, with a focus on foreclosures and defended matters.
- Provide legal advice and strategy to clients in complex litigation cases.
- Oversee and mentor junior legal staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:- Admitted attorney with at least 10 years post-admission experience in High Court banking litigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in foreclosures and defended litigation cases.
- Possess a valid driver's licence and own transport.
Experience and Skills:- Experience managing a legal department and mentoring junior staff is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage a personal portfolio of cases.
- Strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with AJS & Ghost Practice is a plus.
- A dynamic problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to work overtime as needed.
