To lead and manage a business unit in alignment with the company’s strategic vision, ensuring sustainable profitability. The role focuses on fostering a strong people-centric culture, enhancing customer relationships, and driving innovation within the organization.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of business experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies effectively.
Strong experience in sales & marketing, financial management, and project execution.
Track record of achieving business growth while managing P&L targets.
Familiarity with corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
