OVERVIEW:

In this EXCITING role, you will work side-by-side with the Chief Liaison Officer, developing and implementing automation and reporting solutions such as:

Restructuring of Management Accounting,
Reporting of Financial and Non-financial Indicators,
Production Reporting.

POSITION INFO:
KEY PERFORMANCED AREAS:

Automation

• Automating and centralizing existing reporting systems, (financial AND non-financial), utilizing Excel Power Query.

• Prepare detailed margin analysis reports - gross, net and contribution margins;
• Identify trends and variances, and provide explanations for significant fluctuations;
• Analyze product profitability and recommend strategies to improve margins.

• Prepare comprehensive management accounts for each business unit/export country/manufacturing process;
• Analyze financial performance, including revenue, cost of sales, and operating expenses;
• Identify cost reduction and revenue growth opportunities.

• Prepare detailed production cost reports, including standard costs, actual costs, and variances;
• Analyze production variances to identify areas of improvement.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking;
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
