BRANCH MANAGER (SOUTH AFRICA)

SUMMARY:
The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations within the branch, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service. This role includes managing staff, optimizing processes, and promoting a positive work environment to drive branch growth.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in branch or retail management, with strong leadership and sales skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
