SUMMARY:
Large manufacturing company seeking a Branch Administrator for the Cape Town, Parow Industrial branch to join a successful team and company.

POSITION INFO:

This position would suit a detail orientated person with excellent communication skills who is strict about punctuality and accuracy.

Overseeing the administrative operations of the Cape Town branch as an Assistant to the Regional General Manager; coordinating such activities through the application of international financial reporting standards, principles and procedures continually analysing the accuracy of documentation and data to assist with overall division to meet its strategic financial objectives.

Creditors Function
Debtors Function
Credit Applications
Cash up Report and Debtors Receipts
manual delivery notes and other preprinted stationery
Procurement and stock control
Fixed Assets Control
Adherence to Month End Procedures and REquirements
Control of Company Motor Vehicles
Year End requirements
Internal and External Audits

Minimum Requirements:

7 Years Financial experience in a similar role
Very strong ERP knowledge (Pastel Evolution would be an advantage)
Extensive MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel

Qualification:

BCom Accounting or similar
