SUMMARY:
We need someone with Procurement business knowledge:

As part of our strategy to enable business insights and to deliver a key piece of work to take our BI forward. We are in need to hire a BI specialist
Fully understand business needs and project manage BI project from a Business perspective
Interrogate the database for relevant data to provide business insights
Perform daily checks to ensure data integrity and reliability of dashboards
Complete essential/prioritized projects before June 2025 - Contractor dashboard and GL vs Procurement spend recon

POSITION INFO:
Details of SOW:

Manage BI projects from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations
2Analyse procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for improvement
Develop reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and contract management
Work closely with stakeholders, including procurement, finance, and operations teams, to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
Ensure data quality and governance standards are met, including data validation, data cleansing, and data security
Provide technical expertise in BI tools and technologies, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, and IT/ERP tech, to ensure alignment and integration with existing systems and processes
Communicate project status, results, and insights to stakeholders, including executive leadership, procurement teams, and suppliers
