• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models
• Create data visualizations and stories to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain data warehouses (Azure Synapse, SQL Server)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements
• Optimize data queries and performance
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Stay up-to-date with Power BI features and best practices

• 3+ years of experience in BI development (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau)
• Power BI (DAX, M, Power Query)
• Data modeling (data warehousing)
• SQL (T-SQL, SQL Server)
• Data visualization principles

• Azure cloud platform (Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake)
• Data governance and security
• Agile development methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
