Your Role:
As a BIBA, you’ll act as the key liaison between business users and BI project teams, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation. Your role involves:

• Translating business objectives into actionable data insights.
• Designing and optimising data marts for performance and flexibility.
• Driving the full Data Product Lifecycle, including requirements definition, data modeling, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Data & Analytics Expertise: At least 3-5 years of experience delivering end-to-end Data & Analytics projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills, knowledge of modern data platforms, and experience with source-to-target mapping and data profiling.SQL skills, knowledge of modern data platforms, and experience with source-to
• Business Analysis Skills: Expertise in requirements elicitation, data modeling, and solution validation.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into data-driven solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IT or business-related qualification.
• Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., FTI or equivalent) are advantageous.
