BI Analyst and Architect with extensive experience in relational databases (Oracle / PostgresSQL) and ETL and experience in designing, developing and implementing complex solutions with integrations to other technologies and solutions required for a reputable global company based in Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

• Understanding of other BI Tools
• AWS S3
• Ability to develop within a specific sought-after programming language and or Cloud services
• Strong working knowledge with software development tools, techniques and approaches used to generate and prepare data to be used by the application solutions
• Cloud computing technologies, Business drivers and emerging computing trends
• Understanding of integration between different technologies
• Working within an Agile environment
• Oracle & ETL (Extract, Transform and Load)
  • Data preparation for the Front-End Applications (e.g. SAP BO Webi, QlikSense)
  • Write SQL, PL/SQL (packages, stored procedures, functions) and use Oracle Scheduler to automate ETL of source data for full and delta-loads to an Oracle persistence layer.
