As an Azure Data Engineer, you must be able to design, build, and optimize a scalable, reusable data framework to support advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives. Your expertise in Microsoft Azure data services will be crucial in enabling data-driven actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
• Design and implement modern data warehouse solutions leveraging Azure Data Lake.
• Work collaboratively with system architects, data scientists, and business teams to ensure data availability and quality.
• Optimize data models, storage solutions, and data processing frameworks for performance and scalability.
• Ensure data privacy, security, compliance, and governance in all data solutions.
• Develop and maintain metadata management and orchestration architecture for AI/ML pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 to 15 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on Azure data services.
• Expertise in SQL, Python, Scala, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure tools, including:
• Azure Data Factory (ETL/ELT pipelines)
• Azure Synapse Analytics (Data Warehousing & Analytics)
• Azure Data Lake (Storage & Processing)
• Azure Databricks (Big Data & Machine Learning)
• Azure Stream Analytics (Real-time Data Processing)
• Power BI (Data Visualization & Reporting
